Teamwork spirit Development-Zhenghui organized Outward development training
In order to enhance team cohesion, train organization, communication and collaboration skills among staff, more than 30 employees from Zhenghui experienced a one-day outdoor training activities in outward development training base on May 10th.
More than 30 employees were divided into two teams after a team warm-up game. Led by each team captain, they accomplished seem-like impossible tasks like "bound bar grasping," “trust tumble ", "CS war" etc. In the training process, team members encourage each other and cooperate with each other. Theyconquered cowardice inside them and thus gain courage of their own and finally each team completed the task successfully.
